I’m from Finland.My group orders are open for Finland & Europe (if you are not from either and would still like to join an order, please contact me!)My group orders are about BTS, TXT, ATEEZ and Stray Kids official releases! I open mostly for album releases and Korea offline limited things.I'm a full time student and I also work full time, so I only do group orders during my free time. My work sometimes takes me outside of my apartment for days, so at times I work on group orders only a couple of times a week.

domestic shipping (Finland)

I use Finnish national postal services (Posti) and Vinted for domestic shipping. I'm always shipping to a pick-up point, so the packages will be directed to the nearest pick-up point according to the address you gave me. If there is a specific pick-up point you'd prefer, please log in to OmaPosti app and add it as your default pick-up point. This way all the mail you receive will be sent to that one!Domestic shipping takes 1-2 days so participants will not be updated with tracking codes. If you'd like to track your package, you can do so by downloading the OmaPosti app. Packages that are sent to you will be updated automatically in your OmaPosti front page, as long as the name and phone number match.If there are any issues with the packages that I've sent to you please don't hesitate to contact me about them!

If you want to receive your items with Vinted only pay for the EMS part of the second payment and let me know you'd prefer Vinted. You can then proceed to purchase a shipping label for domestic shipping from my Vinted profile. If you don't have an account on Vinted yet, join here.

EU shipping

From Finland, shipping is done via Finnish national postal services (Posti) and Vinted for shipping outside of Finland. Shipping is always done to a pick-up point, so the packages will be directed to the nearest pick-up point according to the address you gave me.Vinted is currently only available for Sweden, Denmark, Poland and LithuaniaShipping in the EU (+UK) takes 4-7 days so participants won't be updated with tracking codes. If you'd like to track your package, you can request the tracking code from me after finishing the final payment.You can use any tracking site, but here is the one that Posti offers.If there are any issues with the packages that I've sent to you please don't hesitate to contact me about them!

Pricing for parcels/letters going outside of Finland

Depending on your wishes and the dimensions of your order, I can ship your order to you in a box or in a letter.

How to come to a meetup?

  • Send me an email stating what date (preferably in the title) and which items you are picking up. You can apply for a meetup until the end of the day before

  • Prepare a bag for your items in case I don't have one for you.

  • When you approach me, please state your name and the order you are picking up.

  • If you are picking up your purchases that you have made on my gonabigo_sales account, please list them as well and the instagram account you used when making these purchases

If you do not pick up your merch after 2 weeks have passed since you received the 2nd payment email, you'll get a late fee of 0,50€/day. After 1 month has passed, your merch will be treated as abandoned. This means regardless when you get your 2nd payment email, you will have 2 possible meetups available for you. If you can't come to a meetup, please pay for the domestic shipping fee and tell me your address.

1st, 2nd & 3rd payments must have been made before applying for a meetup.
Please collect your merch as soon as possible. I do not offer warehouse service.

I update the meetup schedule for the following month after I have received my work schedule. This is usually 1 week before the month changes.

bias sorting

Bias sorting aka photocard pooling means that I'll rearrange random pulls according to participants' wishes.When you apply for photocard sorting, it does not:
- guarantee you your 1st, 2nd or even 3rd choice
- mean that you can ask for a refund if you do not get your 1st, 2nd or even 3rd choice
I am not a shop and you cannot "purchase" certain members from me when participating in a GO. If you'd like to buy member specific things from me please refer to my gonabigo sales account on Instagram. Some of my group orders have member claims where you getting your choice of member is much higher. Please read the info on the form thoroughly.- Despite the sorting I will get everything at random and the result of the sorting depends entirely on what I pull
- Please fill a number for all members. If you fill out only your 1st and 2nd choice, I'll just assume your 3rd choice is any of the remaining members
I have a few guidelines for sorting and if you're not happy with them or think they're unjustified, you can opt out from participating in my group orders and find a GOM that better suits your preferencesSorting guidelines with nabi
- Sorting is only for unsealed options
- I try will not to sort doubles to you so the more you buy the more different members you'll get
- I try to my best to sort all participants a card from their 1st - 3rd choices.
- I'm favoring regulars. If there is a card that 2 participants are equally qualified to get from the sorting, I will favor the one who has participated in my previous group orders more.
- I will not split guaranteed pulls. If there is a release that will have 2 cards of the same member in a single album, I am sorting those cards as an unit and not separately.
NOTICE: If there is a seperate sorting form, all of the above will be invalid and sorting will be done first come first serve based on the sorting form. Please always read the GO form carefully

What is a group order and why join one?

πŸ‡ A group order(GO) is when a group of people make an order to a Group Order Manager(GOM) for kpop goods from official shops, fansites or fan-made items. EMS shipping costs and customs tax are split between all participants of the group order, meaning that your overall amount of payment goes down by A LOT compared to if you ordered by yourself.

Where can I find on-going group orders?

πŸ‡ Check my GO masterlist or my "open GO's" highlight on Instagram. The masterlist also includes order status updates on all of my group orders. Major updates involving several group orders are updated on the carrd. I don't create group chats for updates.

I’m interested in your group order, how can I order?

I need to contact you about my order, how should I address you?

πŸ‡ With kindness. I am a single person working on group orders on my free time and sometimes the amounts can be overwhelming, so any and all kindness towards me (and all group order managers!) goes a long way. If there are any issues with your order or the shipment, please reach out to me and explain the issue and wait for my reply. My dms might get lost, so an email is always the best solution ([email protected])Mistakes can be annoying and frustrating, but everything can be solved and there is never a need to get angry or mean about it. I value clear communication and will own up to my shortcomings, but I also won't tolerate unjustified ill behaviour and will blacklist you from future group orders after all items are confirmed to be on hand with you. I also have the right to cancel an order with you if I feel uncomfortable.

How do I know if you received my order?

πŸ‡ I use 2 services to accept orders: Google Forms and GomDrop.Google Forms
- Make sure that you filled the form. You will receive a copy of it in your email, the sender is Google Forms
- Make sure your payment went through and you attached the screenshot on the form. If there is no payment I will delete your form entry without notifying you

- Make sure that you filled the form and made the payment. If you are using bank transfer please email me a screenshot of the payment.
- If you used Paypal, Wise or Mobilepay I received a notification. Your order is confirmed after I accept it on GomDrop. You will get an email notification when this happens.

Payment information?

πŸ‡ I accept PayPal, Wise, Revolut, Bank Trasfer (Finnish accounts) and MobilePay. For PayPal payments I only accept payments made with β€˜friends and family’ option in EUR/€! My email on PayPal and Wise is [email protected]. My username for Revolut is moivenla

How do I know where my order currently is/will you contact me throughout the process?

πŸ‡ I will update the status of orders (accepting orders/made payment to shop/goods arrived at my Korean address/arrived at my address in Finland/second payment) on my masterlist as well as under the updates hashtag.The emails I will send to you include: second payment information email. I won’t send any other individual update emails, so make sure to check the masterlist/hashtag! After you have made the final payment the goods will be shipped to you as soon as possible.Please make sure that emails coming from me don't end up in your spam folder

Why do you not have group chats for your group orders?

πŸ‡ I am currently in the process of focusing my group orders on instagram and potentially creating group chats for some group orders. Updates about my group orders can be found on my masterlist. Group chats are not really necessary when the same updates I would share there can also be found on my masterlistI do not do personal updates unless there is an issue with a single order in particular. Please do not try to reach out to me and ask for personal updates on a group order that is not hand and not being processed for 2nd payments.I however make group chats for group orders organised on my sales account gonabigo_sales, since participants can only join with an instagram account.

Can I have a refund or cancel my order?

πŸ‡ Once you have made the first payment, no refunds will be available. Upon filling and submitting the form, you have agreed to participate in the GO and to make all payments that are needed to receive your ordered items. If you do not pay the second payment or additional necessary payments within the set deadline, your order will be classed as an abandoned order. If you do not respond to payment emails within set time, I will assume you have abandoned your order. The only circumstances where I will make refunds are when the shop cancel their items or run out of stock.After the 1st payments I submit the order to the shop. There is no way for me to cancel single items from said order and if I were to refund you I would be covering the money out of my own pocket. Please understand this and be 100% when joining in a group order.I'm flexible about payment deadlines, but ONLY if you contact me about and extension or issue BEFORE the deadline.

What if I can’t make the payment before the deadline?

πŸ‡ You will be able to see the deadline time and date for second payments through the emails I will send to you. Deadlines will usually be 5 days after I send you the second payment email. If you cannot make the deadline, please email me with the reason and when you will be able to make the payment so I can give you an extended deadline accordingly! If you still cannot make the payment by then, I will unfortunately have to class your order as abandoned.

Why is my item taking so long to arrive?

πŸ‡ To lower shipping costs per item I usually wait to have a larger amount of items to send. In most cases it will also take more than a week or two for items to be shipped to my address in Finland. After the items have arrived to me I will sort and forward them to participants as soon as I can.In the case of, for example, a comeback for a group where I open my group order for several stores, not all stores ship out at the same time. Some stores might send albums on the comeback day and others might take up to a month to ship out the orders. This will result in the GO taking a bit longer to finish. No group order manager outside of Korea will have the albums from a Korean store on hand in their country on the comeback day. Please understand this.I'm also organizing group orders for free on my own free time, so at times I might not have as much time as I'd like to for processing and forwarding orders and it might take a bit longer. I work alone and receive no help from outside.

How much will the shipping fees be?

πŸ‡ The shipping fees depend on the weight and size of the items, as well as the amount of people who joined the GO. Please do not ask me for the EMS fee, I will not be able to accurately calculate the fees until the items have reached my home address in Finland. I will let you know the exact shipping fees through the second payment email.
1) Shipping from shop to me: This fee will be split between all participants, so the more people join, the smaller the fee will be!
2) Shipping from me to you: I will use Finnish Postal services to send your items to you. In some cases I might use UPS as well.
Depending on your wishes and the dimensions of your order, I can ship your order to you in a box or in a letter.

The nature of my work includes a lot of traveling and sometimes that means that my EMS fees for items from Korea are significantly lower. This can't be guaranteed for every group order, but might sometimes come as a happy surprise!

What if my item arrives damaged?

πŸ‡ I am not responsible for damaged packages. When items arrive at my home address, I check the conditions of the items and see if there has been any damage. If there has, then I will post pictures of the damages on my socials to let you know. Before sending your goods to you, I will always pack as well as I can to ensure no further damage. If your items arrive with even more damage, I will not be able to refund you.

What happens if my package is lost?

πŸ‡ I am not responsible for lost packages. For postage from me to you, I will always offer tracked shipping. If your package is returned to me, I will contact you about it. If your package is lost, I can file a claim for lost mail and will keep you updated with the process and outcome.

I have ordered multiple goods, can I get them shipped together?

πŸ‡ If you have ordered multiple goods and would like them to be shipped together (from me to you) please let me know via email (include GO names and item names). I do not want to hold items for too long so please bear this in mind.However, I try to play smart and combine orders on my own as much as I can. If you receive 2nd payment email for several orders at the same time, all said orders will automatically be combined and shipped out to you.

If you have any issues or concerns please contact me about them. I value clear communication with me and will take responsibility for any mistakes that I might make. I do not tolerate defamation, harassment, cyberbullying or spreading misinformation and if you are doing any of these, I have the full right to decline and refund your order and block you from my accounts.

  • Make sure you have read all of the information on the form very carefully

  • Only fill in the form if you are confident in going through with your order and are sure you can make all required payments when needed

  • Only fill in the form if you agree with my terms and the way that I handle my group orders

  • Double check your information before submitting (this is super important so I can contact you!)

  • Always fill in your full address for shipping. This includes street name, street number, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country AND your phone number. If any of these is relevant info to YOUR address and you fail to give them to me, I am NOT responsible if the package gets returned to me due to a lack of information on your part.
